Warranty and Refunds Policy for Products Purchased From Our Website.

Warranty

  • All electronics products sold on our website come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the product.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by Misuse, Physical & Water Damage, Accident, or unauthorized modification of the product.

Refunds

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 24 hours from the date of delivery for a refund.
  • The product must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. A return fee of 5% may be applied to returns of non-defective products.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

The warranty and refund policy does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect of the product.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer or authorized service center.
  • Consumables, such as batteries or ink cartridges, that have been used or opened.
